However, despite our best efforts, products may still soften, melt, or shift during transit due to weather conditions and postal handling, which are beyond our control. Any changes in appearance do not affect the quality or performance of the product. We recommend allowing your body butter to cool at room temperature or refrigerating it briefly if melting occurs.
